2. Use of the Website

3. What contract will be formalized?
After placing an order, we will send you an email confirming your order, including the approximate delivery time, the delivery address, etc.
All orders are subject to our acceptance.
When we ship the requested goods, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email.
The contract becomes effective once we send the shipping confirmation.
4. Applicable Taxes and Payment Methods
Prices shown on the website are indicated in euros, excluding taxes (VAT not included) and shipping costs.
The Lion Tiles S.L. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
The quotation will indicate the total order price, specifying the product price, transportation, and applicable taxes.
Payment must be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card before the order is dispatched.
To speed up shipping, we recommend sending us proof of payment by email or WhatsApp, so that we can immediately prepare the order.
Once payment has been made, the customer must provide their billing details for the issuance of the invoice.
5. Shipping Conditions, Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, volume, and destination of the order.
Our orders are shipped through different carriers specialized in heavy and bulky goods.
Delivery time within mainland Spain: 3 to 8 days, depending on the location.
Delivery time to other European countries: 4 to 14 days.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, as these are the responsibility of the carrier.
Goods will be delivered to the customer’s address, outside the building, with no authorization to enter private premises.
If unloading at the entrance is not possible, the goods will be unloaded at the closest accessible point.
If we are unable to ship the order due to reasons beyond our control or lack of stock, the full amount will be refunded via bank transfer to the same account number.
6. Buyer’s Rights and Return Policy
Orders may be cancelled at any time and at no additional cost if the cancellation is made by phone or email before the order has been handed over to the carrier.
In case of receiving defective material, the customer must note it on the carrier’s delivery slip and notify selvagres.com. It is also advisable to take photographs of the damaged boxes.
Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. This allows us to file a claim for damages with the carrier.
Possible solutions include product replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the order with a refund.
The customer must report any defects within two months of delivery, and always before installation.
Our return policy follows the return policy of the corresponding factory. Refunds will be issued after verifying that the goods are intact, and payment will be made by bank transfer.
Samples have a fixed cost, which does not correspond to the commercial value of the product, but to preparation, handling, and individualized packaging costs for transport.
They are not standard sales products but are specifically prepared to help customers make an informed decision before a final purchase.
Therefore, samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Withdrawal Period
The customer must return any defective goods purchased at selvagres.com within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Customized products;
- Goods manufactured to order (such orders cannot be cancelled and advance/total payments will not be refunded);
- Installed materials.
If the return is accepted and everything is in order with selvagres.com, a refund will be issued by bank transfer.
If the customer refuses the goods for personal reasons, they may return them, but shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
8. Customer Obligations
The buyer must provide correct information, including postal details, when requesting a quotation.
The buyer accepts the conditions outlined on this page.
The buyer is required to sign the delivery note upon receipt of the goods.
9. Applicable Legislation
Purchases made on selvagres.com are subject to Spanish law.
Selvagres.com may modify the purchase conditions without prior notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, images, graphics, logo, etc.) are the exclusive property of The Lion Tiles S.L.
